Cancellation Policy

1. Lessons must be canceled by email or phone 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. 2. The first time a student cancels a private lesson in less than 24 hours or does not show up, they will be charged half of the lesson fee. 3. Subsequent late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full lesson price. 4. The only exceptions are due to weather, health, or injury, but notification is still required as soon as possible. If no notice is given, the above policy will be followed.
